My first day off to myself, what do I do?
Well the house needs cleaning, the sheets need changing, the ironing needs doing the list is never ending, but do you know what i can not be bothered to any of those things! So instead i am having a cup of tea and have a play on my new pink netbook that Phil bought me as a christmas present along with a new amera, how lucky am i and what did i buy him a pair of jeans which did not come in time, and the normal christmas gifts sock, pants, dressing gown and aftershave how exicting!
I mentioned to Phil just before christmas that i wanted to start a blog, which is why he bought me the netbook as trying to share one computer with the kids is a little tricky.
The kettle is taking for ever to boil! Looking out of my kitchen window the sky is looking so dull ,is it going to rain! what joy as i have to pop to Thame with my nan as she is in need of a new pair of shoes but she has the most awkward feet ever! (Help)
Sitting on the kitchen window sill is my traditional christmas plant the Poinsettia which is always bought along side the turkey, crackers and presents. This lovely plant when purchased sometime in December had vivid red leaves which is associated with Santa's red coat and the red breast of a Robin, but looking at it now i think it is coming to the end of its time some of the leaves have fallen off and the leaves which are remaining are not so red, but this is the last christmas connection left in the house everything else has been boxed up and put back up in the loft for another year, so you can understand why i am putting off recycling it just yet!
