HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL YOU MUMS OUT THEIR
Mother's Day is celebrated all over the world to honor our Mothers. Mother's day is the occasion to pay rich tributes to one of those persons who have had a great impact on our lives, a person whose love and care knows no boundaries, a person who does everything to keep her children happy an joyous.

Happy Mothers day to my lovely mum who is always there for me and my family. Thanks mum for still looking after me still at the age of 37 years old, not sure what i would do without you! Have a relaxing day and i love you lots xxxxxxxxxx

My Mothers Day started with Alfie waking me up at 7am with a card and a present that he had made and brought from school. The cards he had made at school and at beavers and my present was a lovely necklace that he had chosen from school which parents had donated to help raise money for MLSA along with a candle stand made from clay. Thank you Alfie they are lovely and he said that he chose the necklace so i could wear to work which i thought was very sweet of him to think of.

Polly then woke up and gave me my lovely handbag (what a surprise) and some perfume to add to my collection. The lovely smelling 'Joy of Pink' to go with my bottles of ' Touch of Pink', 'Love of Pink' all by Lacoste. Polly had also made me a card and a candle holder and some bubble bath and hand cream from the Mothers Day Sale they had a school.

They then cooked me some pancakes for breakfast which we had in bed before getting ready and going off to Chessington for the afternoon.

Got to Chessington at around 12ish and we were very surprised at how quiet it seemed, due to the weather being ok and it being Mothers Day. We had a lovely day no queues but alot of the bigger rides Polly was not tall enough but there was still alot for us all to go on!

The rain keep off but it poured down as we were driving home on the motorway at around 5.30pm which was good timing!

Had a lovely Mothers Day thanks to Phil, Alfie and Polly love you lots xxxxxxx

2nd April 2011

Saturday and Polly is off to Stagecoach. They went off early to do a bit of shopping before hand ready for Mothers Day tomorrow ( I guess). I have already given Phil the handbag i brought yesterday to give to the kids for them to wrap up for me as a Mothers Day present, but lets hope i get a little surprise also!

Phil made a comment when he left that he will be back to have a full english breakfast waiting for him. So as a nice person that i am i got him eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, toast and a cup of coffee ready for him. He was very shocked and said that he was only joking but it was nice treat for him anyway!

I had the football tickets from work so Phil could take Alfie to watch the Wycombe Wanders game at home, so i took Polly to the cinema and saw the film 'Hop' which is about the Easter Bunny.

It was a good film and Polly really enjoyed it.
Alfie and Phil had a good afternoon and Wycombe won.

I invited my mum and dad for tea tonight for Mothers Day, i cooked a Lamb and Spinach Curry and a Lasagna with garlic bread, salad and homemade potato wedges. It was really nice if i say so myself!

We have decided to go to Chessington on Sunday which is why i treated my mum to her dinner tonight, so she had her card, plant and books that i had brought her a day early.

1st April 2011

Happy April Fools Day. Yes April here already!

Had a very quiet and cannot be bothered week this week so have not kept up my blog! I hate it when you feel like that, can not be bothered to do anything just could stay in doors in Pj's all day watching tv, reading and just lazing about!

Looking forward to today, as Martha is coming over as she has had the week off work so and we are going to head into Thame for a wander around the shops and have some lunch which will be nice.

Martha turned up around 11am so we went straight into Thame and had a nice look around the shops. We went into Clarks and there was a lovely bag in a Raspberry colour, it looked lovely. The staff saw us looking at it and brought us over a 20% voucher off all bags. A good move from the sales staff but a bad move for us as Martha and I both brought the same bag!

We had a lovely lunch in The Six Bells and by the time we had finished it was 2.30pm so we made our way back to Chinnor to pick up Polly from school. Thanks to Martha for coming over i had a really nice day.

Alfie stayed at mum and dad's house as he had not stayed there for about five weeks which he keeps telling us due to various reasons!
